PP Prasai Foundation collaborated with GE to help make a change in the classrooms of Nepal. Great Expectations (GE) is a school transformation model that focuses on providing every teacher with the skills to be most effective.  They are a non-profit that provides the highest quality of evidence based instructional practices to teachers.  The two domains of GE are Culture of Respect and Academic Excellence. The GE Institute educators are in classroom size settings and they model instructional practices for the participants.

In 2023, the first teacher training was conducted in collaboration with Great Expectation, PP Prasai Foundation aims to train teachers all over Nepal in all 7 Provinces. The teacher training provides training to the teachers and administrators with the skills needed to create harmony and excitement within the school atmosphere.

During the training session, teachers were engaged in team-building activities, skill-building workshops, and interactive sessions designed to enhance their teaching methodologies. They learned effective classroom management techniques, innovative teaching strategies, and ways to foster a positive and inclusive school environment. This training also emphasized the importance of problem-solving skills and professional development for teachers.
